There's a new sheriff in town, and it ain't Charlie!

Howdy, everyone.  This is the first installment for the party!!  My name's DarkHorse, and from now on, this blog will reveal the entire truth about the corrupt power structure in Manatee County, Florida once headed up by Charlie Wells, the former Sheriff.  In the coming months and years, we are going to explore the real truth behind Charlie's massive personal wealth that he gained at the expense of Manatee County's citizens.  Among other things, we'll explore Wells and his ties to organized crime, his IRS fraud, and his miuse of County assets and money to amass a fortune at taxpayers expense.  Won't that be fun and interesting?!  Along the way, we'll publish truthful, factually correct materials and information from a ton of sources, including relatives of Wells who provide first-hand information on his connections to organized crime and other corrupt politicans.  For a brief overview, you might want to look at a St. Petersburg Times article published on March 30, 2008 by Susan Taylor-Martin,  a courageous reporter who first broke a story on Wells misappropriation of millions in public funds.  This will be fun, informative and in the long-run, necessary, because the government sure as hell did nothing about it.  It's time for us to stand up to this tyrant once and for all and be counted.  Stay plugged in for the story, and as Charlie would say, "Jack those Jaws!"  For starters, though, let's ask Charlie to reveal first and foremost all of the lies he told the IRS about his use of  County property.  In short, let's ask Charlie to tell us where the money went?  You know, the money from the County that mysteriously went away, er, uh, was never accounted for.  Chips Shore knows about it.  Read the article and get educated, and then chime in!!  This'll be good!
